can never get an appointment with them no matter how ill you are, never pick up their phone and then say all appointments have gone. Cant even wait on hold they just cut the call off if lines are busy. ridiculous

Incompetent, do not do research and examinations, continue to receive treatment over the phone. I have to say what kind of examination I want, instead of them directing me! Extremely incompetent!
