Scam do not use take your money thats it , I cancelled mine after all the bad reviews as they are correct, paid 40 tried to cancel 4 days after phoned representative emailed 15 times ,phoned call centre ignored until the 14 days were up to get my deposit back then got in contact 15 days after funny that

Waited 12 days for my own money back after this company tells me yeshe we can put a new floor down just pay 350.00 up front then tell me sorry I know you have ripped your floor at concrete with 4 kids we can't do it and it takes 12 days for my money back well 6pm on 12th day still not received it il find your ombudsman funny to if onlyou I would of read your terrible reviews already.

I would not recommend this company to anyone paid for a carpet two months before Christmas still has not come or been fitted aswell as I cant even get hold of them !!! Big scam

Continue taking payments even after balance is paid, ignore emails and have blocked me from commenting on their Facebook, delete all comments from anyone with issues. Not holding out hope for my refund. Awful this close to Christmas and over 100 owed to me. Wonder how many others have been overcharged, total scam.
