Bought a used car from a dealership which came with a 12 month warranty from Car Care Plan. After a week or so I took it to my local garage as there was a grinding noise. Needed a new wheel bearing and hub. Rang the Car Care Plan and got through straight away. Was told that it was covered. They then authorised my local garage to carry out the repair with me paying for it and then emailing Var Care Plan the invoice for reimbursement. I emailed them the very next day and 14 days later have seen no sign of repayment or acknowledgement that it is coming. Keep ringing but its permanently on hold. Tried for over 30 minutes twice this week with no sign of anyone from customer services answering the phone, just constantly on hold. Beginning to think I'll never get the refund I'm due. I'm sick of listening to the Beatles whilst being thanked for holding every 30 seconds or so. Just repay me the money I'm owed for the repair to the car that had to be done to make it roadworthy! Would not recommend this joke of a company to anyone and would leave no stars at all if I could.

SCAM COMPANY - They sent me a letter telling me i'm entitled to a refund and enclosed a cheque, there was no cheque in the letter, later called up to ask why and was told that they would send the funds directly to my account - this never happened and now they won't take my calls. SCAM
