        Been trying to book an appointment. I tried to pre book it for the next day they said I cant I need to call on the day, called on the Ive been on the line for more than 30mins and this keeps happening every time I call its been 2 weeks now n its upsetting because Im way overdue my appointment.

        The booking of an appointment process was difficult but was finally seen. The clinic is very clean, spacious & modern. Shout out to Abi she was such a great nurse who listened & made me feel at ease answering many questions. I was nervous but Abi's service helped me more than you know. Thank you :)

        Wouldn't know as I've been entirely unable to get an appointment at weirdly enough as a mum, 8am is a pretty busy time for me and they just don't let you book in advance. I cant sit on the phone constantly pressing redial . Waste of time. Have given up just like many others.
