        How long can this company keep going as their customer service ignores any emails relating to after sales .... they are not interested in sorting out any issues ... be ware ... I can not understand where the positive reviews are coming from ? Family and fiends maybe ... Ive been trying to send something back or get fixed since September ... Im sure they will blame covid when it goes to court so I have had to stand back to get a full run at this. So hopefully tier 2 is not far away

        Absolutely shocking customer services do not buy anything from this company. I ordered a Hudson and Reed bath mixer set but the valve was faulty. No phone lines open and said everything must be done by email which I did. But 5 days later still no reply. Buyer beware.
