        Bad company leaving vulnerable couple to leave main door open for 5 nights at the roadside as they didn't class it as an emergency. The door fitted was only 4 months old... words from the customer nothing but trouble from strat to finish. Had to go elsewhere for a new door as they bodged the work they came back to repair.

        Disreputable company scamming money out of vulnerable pensioners for work that is not needed. Need to examine their sales approach and their conscience. Manager admits people always ringing up trying to cancel. I wonder why? P.S : I am NOT a 'disgruntled former employee' - if you look at all their reviews - this is their stock answer to any poor reviews. They are clear liars and cheats and yes - why would their manager say that everyone tries to cancel? It's because they're not a reputable company!
