It's a horrible surjery. Appointment difficult to get. Always "busy" even when there nobody there. You find them staff playing on there phones. What a joke?

Cancelled my Scan which i had been waiting literally months for just being 4 minutes late. Half of which i spent waiting in the reception queue. Yet it was perfectly fine for them to cancel my previous scan just days before providing no explanation whatsoever.

I would give 0 star if I could as 1 star too good. Dr prekaw has no compassion no humanity I was spoken to with an attitude and told people are waiting just because we had a child with us who was crying thinking she is going to be injected. Instead of giving us few minutes to calm her she wass being completely nasty. Even a robot will show more compassion than this Dr especially if you can't speak English well and take anyone to support you. My relative with panic disorder and anxiety was forced to speak while I got thrown out of the room which resulted in her struggling to explain her condition. I was then asked back in because relative was struggling and feeling more unwell I asked why did you throw me out and she didn't like me pointing out how evil she behaved. Replace these nasty doctors with Robots we will be better off. Anybody cant speak English need support avoid this Doctor. She's Doctor by name only.

I have had past negative experiences but I just left an appointment feeling very positive. Made appointment and got seen quickly. Practitioner was very patient and reassuring and informative. Excellent reform in service
