Rang prior to visiting to purchase paint. Slack service and didn't give me the correct prices or information over the phone. Wasted journey...

Always a great experience when visiting this centre, the staff are always really helpful and pay attention to your individual needs. I always buy trade paint it's more costly, but better coverage and finish.

It's a shame that the management of this branch is so poor because I love the paint, but every time I go to this branch, I get refused to open a trade account, although I tend to spend a lot on paint. I've got told that I don't need one unless I buy massive amounts and that I get my basic trade discount anyway which is true sometimes, but most of the time, it's not applied against the purchase, and I only noticed it looking back on a few of my invoices. Anyway, I feel like this branch is not interested in smaller businesses, but before I switch brands I'll give a try in another branch and see how it goes.
