Different shifts every week - Less than 12 hours notice as to what shifts youre working the following week. Often made to work until 10pm then back in at 8am - 10pm, then back in again at 8am. Team Leaders who treat Support staff like idiots. Profit above support staff safety & welfare. Unprepared and vulnerable Support staff sent out alone in to the general public and public places with dangerous and unpredictable patients - Sorry Clients Minimum wage and dangerous, unsupported working conditions - If youre injured or attacked you receive no pay and they sack you . Avoid!

Cygnet offered me employment from a 4 year part time job to only get scrutinised with no formal disciplinary process followed and no evidence to back up what they accused me of. They put me through hell and back, a very inproffesional company with a manager younger than myself whose conduct is way below standards. I'm so glad that i got a better place and am now settled... anyone who is looking at this run while you can. Because you may be the next one to end up been accused wrongfully. I hope cqc shut you down for god!!!
