Whilst I was waiting to go to college in September to do a health and social care course, I thought Ill try to apply for some jobs to keep the job centre happy, I applied for a support worker role at Bradford creative support, It seem to be too easy to get this role despite me having no qualifications in health and social care.
And theres a reason why going by indeed reviews by this company do not apply for a job with this firm, they offer training that never happens, they expect you too cover the staff and expect you to drop everything at the last minute as well as most of the time throw you in the deep end, this also includes poor pay and no sense of progression in the company.
More less to say after learning all this Ive declined the job.
