If I could give a O I would , perfume I bought didnt even seem genuine and secondly when I wanted to return my other bottle she didnt want to help. Sent her loads of mesgs totally ignored..I wouldnt recommend buying from her at all because you wont be able to return your item if its faulty or if it doesnt match description or any reasons .please avoid buying from her . I shouldv have read the other reviews before I purchased also. Will be taking this up furthur. AVOID

Ordered multiple times. Decent prices and clothing, however I only checked the kameez and put the suits away. I've now tried them on months later and for 2 xl suits, I recieved M trousers.

Ordered a suit was poor quality and she said I could return it and she would pay for postage back but she did not which is poor I could have taken it back personally and saved money Never again and would not recommend Eventually she paid the postage but still quality of goods arw poor and we have to chase for refund etc

Poor communication. Emailed and message does not reply. Can not return or even exchange after purchase if the size doesnot fit.

I ordered few pairs of clothes for Eid in Ramadan and the parcel got lost in the post. I contacted customer service and they dealt the matter very smoothly. They refunded me straight away within half an hour. It was the first time I placed an order, but was very impressed with the service they provided. They're honest and trustworthy.
