        Was served by a lovely young lady isabella. She was really friendly, polite and super helpful. Although the product I wanted was not in stock she showed me great alternatives and was very knowledgeable about the products they sold.

        Organised and welcoming store. Isabella was really informative and helped me pick out just what i needed. Cashiers didnt rush me either.

        I'm a regular and the staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable and prompt; aside from one. The said male staff prioritised his phone over myself and other customers mid-conversation. Not only this but I've noticed that he avoids having to 'deal' with customers and heads in the opposite direction. I've had negative experience with this member of staff in the past as he was outwardly rude to my friend who is disabled. I am dissapointed at this continuation of rude behaviour. I feel bad for other female staff who have to accommodate his behaviour.

        The staff in Holland and barrett are very helpful, especially Anisha who went out her way to help me and my wife to find the right products. She was very patient as my wife was asking her many questions. She is very professional and is very knowledgeable in the health sector. I wish her all the best in her future.
