Had an appointment today with the pediatric nurse for my 5year old girl. I rang to say we were running late because of slow moving traffic even though I set off earlier. When I arrived they refused to see my child. The surgery was empty with hardly any patients and the girl at the receptionist said other patients are to be seen. I dont agree with this especially to turn away a young child. I was then sent to ash well in which the staff were so much more politer and the doctor was quite shocked at the fact they turned away a 5year old child.

Very prompt and fast tracked service. Staff go above and beyond to help accomadate the needs requested. The manager even called back after closing hours to discuss some issue with me personally when i left message with the receotion staff. So far very impressed hope it stays this way.

GPs themselves are fine but the reception staff could do with better training. Called practice within the half hour to rearrange an immunisation appt and member of staff giving me a guilt trip. Instead of saying thanks for calling them back soo quickly so they can still book another pt, accusing me of wasting an appointment.
