I bought a HP 640 G PC from this shop last week, which comes with a six-month warranty (receipt attached). But at the very first use, some keys were defective, the screen light was poor and worse, the capacity is extremely small, SSD180 GB, which was not pointed out tome in the shop. So, I returned to the shop the very next morning but they told me their technician is off sick. In short, despite the warranty they are unable to replace the PC with another in the SAME brand, unable to repair alleging their technician is "off sick", and unwilling to refund. This is the definition of scam. I have started legal proceeding against this shop.
