City-wide lettings was recommended through a friend of a friend and i considered using their services but unfortunately from day 1 to now nothing about their service they provide is professional payments are never made on time never return your calls or messages. Wrecked my property by renting to drug dealers who had a grow in my property and having the door kicked in and 1800 carpet ripped from everywhere, holes in the door and walls. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone even if your desperate

AVOID THIS PLACE! Keep your deposit safe & go else where!! They will take your deposit and when its time to pay it back they will make excuses to avoid giving it back, Iv have been waiting nearly 2 weeks and keep getting told wait another week! Awful service and would never recommend to anyone, people who are there will know about it when it comes to requesting deposit back they will never get it back.

So helpful met ali at a flat on sunbridge road he was so helpful and really good to me helped me out so much when i was homeless he said to me come in with all i needed and i will get you in asap and to hos word he did when to the office and met a really nice girl called beth and she was go great with me sorted all paper work out and sorted me the keys if i can say to anyone looking for a place fast that is in need them guy will help you 100% i can not thank them anymore 5* all the way
