It's really nice. The common room is lovely. Good security as well. Generally good facilities.

Kexgill bronze room is nice and spacious full equipped. I love the Juliet balcony the most and the dishwasher is so convenient especially as a student. I love how all the other tenets and staff are respectful, creating a warm environment. The staff Rehka and Melani respond to queries swiftly and to their full ability, although I know they are a busy team. Rehka is always there for a friendly chat and is extremely helpful. The only thing that made me contemplate leaving is the high prices and as they have increased since last year and I am unsure if they will increase further in the future. For the prices that kexgill are charging there could be better, cleaner, newer facilities. This could be better overall cleaning and hygiene of the tower especially the laundry room, newer carpets and couches, newly decorated walls, and a high quality communal area since we are paying high prices. I would like there to be flexibility with the prices as I plan to stay for the duration of my course but dont appreciate the uncertainty of price increase each year. It would be nicer to have more events with all the tents and staff to create a closer community, this could be monthly girls night or seasonally events especially closer to exam season as we definitely all need the support. Rehka has told off my friends and I for smoking but there is no smoking area so its worth being built and I wish there was more vending or coffee machines. The smoke alarm is annoying and loud but the fire alarm check does go fast.

Rehka gave me the best room in Kexgill!!!! Only a few things that could be done better, the carpet is not that good and this is meant to be luxury living. The fire alarm goes off a bit too much and a cleaner could be hired to keep the building as clean as possible.

Firstly, I want to give them more than five stars, why isnt there an option for 10 stars or even 50 stars cause Kexgill tower is amazing. Lets start with the lovely lively Rehka, she is amazing. Let me tell you why, there will never be a time that she isnt smiling or laughing with you, she is soo easy to communicate with, she has soo much compassion. She is very positive no matter the situation, and if you are looking for a place where you feel like you belong, then Kexgill tower is the place for you because of the lovely lovely Rehka cause she will definitely makes you feel like you belong here. She will always be want to make you smile and laugh. Ive lived in iq Arkwright, the green, Pennine house, and there has been no better concierge than Rehka and Barry. Even though it just both of them, they are more effective than every other concierge in Bradford. Barry is amazing, hard-working, and always have a smile no matter what. He is funny. Both of them has the most amazing team-work to deliver the most effective service to all the resident in Kexgill tower. The only room for improvement for Kexgill tower is there is no once in a month gathering for all residents to get us to know each other. And also a table tennis game or pool table should be added to the common room. Furthermore, there should be a party organised for the residents either once a month or yearly. In conclusion, I will recommend Kexgill tower to anyone because of the amazing service from both the lovely Rehka and awesome hard working Barry.
