The place is walking distance from the university of Bradford and from 2 supermarkets and 25 minutes by foot from the city center The rooms are clean, neat, and well equipped.

If you are looking for a very comfortable, modern and sleek place within Bradford - whether it may be for university or even to settle with or without family, then I would not recommend anywhere else but here. The staff are super friendly, helpful and hold an active effort to constantly upgrade the rooms while you stay, so you enjoy the full experience. One example is the upgrading of all TV's provided to smart TV's. Got a delivery? No problem; the office collects and looks after for you - even informing you of the arrival. Require parking? No problem; onsite parking available + ideal parking on the main road due to its favourable location. Got a query? No problem; staff are onsite 24/7 I stayed here for 4 years throughout and did not once look to move elsewhere. I've even come back to leave a review and lets be honest - it's got to have been worth it for us to do so. No better place in Bradford - fully recommended.
