        I found Bradford Bathroom Company very pleasant and helpful. I ordered a sink and pedestal. The staff were very efficient ordering it. In fact it was sent out by the supplier five days earlier than expected and I was out. The supplier didnt notify me in advance the items were coming but I cant fault Bradford Bathrooms sale staff.

        I ordered a few bathroom pieces from them online and the toilet seats I ordered weren't the same size as the ones I had (which was confusing as they were otherwise almost the same). Customer service was helpful in both identifying the the seats I had on originally weren't the correct ones for the pan and that the ones I ordered would also fit fine. Crisis averted!
