Very awful customer service! Made me sit there and wait nodding their head at me as if to say what do i want instead of coming to talk to me normally and ask. Then they said their system isnt working.

Always service with a smile. I've been going here for years for my upgrades and add ons. They are honest with you and never a silly sales pitch. I saw adnan today and a senior worker (can't remember his name) but very helpful amd forthcoming with info. EE be proud!

Do not buy in store as no cooling off period and not mentioned at point of sale and call centre said you have to go in store who then fobbed me off to say no return policy shocking EE!!!! Always buy on the phone or online as you get cooling off period
