I had a small custom job and these guys were the only ones who returned my enquiry. Friendly, professional and flexible, I was taken through the process and advised of the potential issues with what I wanted, even being invited to the premises to see the slab of granite my piece was to be cut from. Everything turned out beautifully thanks to Michael's care and attention, and the guys delivered when they said they would. I fully recommend this outfit so it's a 5-star rating from me.

Update! This review was initially a 1 star due to no response from customer service. Now after more than 2 months of the builder chasing them up they have finally answered and fixed the problem left by the previous installers. Fingers crossed the problem is now solved!

Ruined kitchen with poor installation. The worktop has been cut badly, the installers didn't care and did a terrible job. Very obvious seal lines and now the whole counter is having to be repaired as unusable.

Had a delivery, very slow tipping. It took 6h to tipp a container. Ridiculous!
