        Bought 150sqm of safety flooring (vinyl) having dealt with the very helpful Damien. After the purchase, my contractor told me it was the wrong type and wasn't suitable. I contacted JR Flooring Direct and they authorised a return. There was a slight deduction on the refund amount, which was fair, as we opened one of the rolls and sabotaged it slightly. They could not have been any more helpful and easygoing, even if they tried to be. A genuine 5 stars here for them. Oh, and their prices I found to be the cheapest in the North West, so didn't mind driving there (twice) at all. Thanks to Damien and the chap that authorised and processed the return (sorry, forgot his name!)

        Having been let down last minute by a floor laying contractor for a shop fitting project we were faced with the task to source 100m2 of safety flooring. One phone call and James went out his way to help with finding a suitable option and arranged next day delivery (to Edinburgh). I would not hesitate to recommend JR Flooring Direct to anyone.

        Just brought some Flooring for my Unit. Sales advisor Damien was of great help to start from finish. Although the courier damaged an item in transit Damien was quick to sort this out. Much appreciated and will definitely purchase from here again.
