I ordered 3 dresses upon arrival they were not what I had ordered and also on top of that they wanted to charge me extra for dresses I didn't even order The colour and style was different The lady was very rude and unskilled to speak with customers After having a confrontation over the dresses and price she further told me to stop barking aka called me a dog After asking for my deposit back which they initially agreed they would refund if an errors occur as written on the receipt She was very hesitant to refund me the money and initially told me she doesn't have it and then after further persistence she left to go get it When she returned she tried to give me less back which I again had to ask for my full refund And then she told me right you've got your money now leave I also spoke to the male who works there over the phone he was also not very co operative and rude Oh and also the male supposedly had a car accident at that time while him and the lady were texting back and forth and they both told me I was the cause of that accident However the male did text me alot later on apologising for the rude behaviour of the lady Not acknowledging his own behaviour But also apologized for blaming me for his accident They wasted so much of my time Not worth it
