        there only seems to be one experienced care worker employed here. It is an absolute joke. There need more dedicated workers to help with residents rather than pinning it on one individual person. The manager linda is rude and arrogant and doesnt seem to care about the well-being and mental state of other staff members that have to work ridiculous hours to try and manage the work place even when she is in as she doesnt seem to care about the residents. She isnt present when care calls, ie going to hospital with residents, this is clearly something she needs to work on especially being the manager of such a large private residential home.
