Booked to hire a Van from Bradford north enterprise after been told there was availability. After theyd taken payment they called to ask rather than using it for the morning would I swap for an evening hire which wasnt possibly due to deliveries booked in for 12pm so they had to cancel the order. It will be 10 days before they will refund the cost leaving me unable to source a van elsewhere. Talking to a mate in the trades who has also used this site he said Its a regular occurrence . Hard to tell if its overselling in case of cancellation or just poor inventory management and communication between internal teams, either way the result is the same - customers left high and dry.

Great branch, the staff were extremely attentive and worked tirelessly to ensure the vehicle was as required. Would definitely recommend. They also made a great cup of tea which was a bonus
