Major ongoing complaint. Boston Dealership in receipt of funds, could not drive vehicle away on collection major fault less than a mile away (with young child in the car). Sales manager and team extremely hostile to deal with and uncooperative in agreeing to repair car (change mind/withdraw agreed actions). Sales manager even told me he had no idea re cooling off periods and not relevant, despite me quoting consumer rights act and them being a partner of The Motor Ombudsman! Very worrying - serious staff training needed. Attitude has been well its a second hand used car what do you expect - its a 2014 Mercedes from a large dealership so I expected better. They have my funds and car and I am going through hell trying to resolve what should be a simple resolution. Worth noting, the large finance intermediary we used has put mark against jct600 group and will no longer finance cars bought from any of their sites as this is such an ordeal we are being put through. (This may change subject to outcome) Have referred to legal team, complaint submitted to motor ombudsman and waiting on Sales Director to make contact. Will edit review as to how this is resolved.

Sadly while being "repaired" and later "serviced" this garage caused very expensive repairs to be required and failed to replace the adblue cap while with them leading to pump failure which is a known issue.

Typical stealers bmw absolutely disgusting service experience from bmw they deem this as a non warranty issue while driving my bmw 5 series 2019/2020 car my seat collapsed to avoid fixing this they tried to give me a bill of 293 + vat plus a 99 diagnostic fee which there was no mention main reason being I didn't let them steal from me keeping in mind I had kids in the car while this happened all of a sudden I had to hold on to the steering wheel from loosing control this is a safety recall rather then avoiding to carry out the work easy way out for them is to say its not under warranty they rating on Googles says a lot about them management dont have any manners and service team two people in particular are a complete joke shame on jct600 the brand has lost its reputation due to poorly trained individual who shouldnt be fit for the role
