Went in for a screen repair on my phone, they got it done on the same day but now 3m later the screen has stopped working, I don't want to pay again to have the screen replaced as the phones a few years old but I am annoyed that they asked for cash payment even though they have facilities to take card payments and more annoyed with myself for not getting a receipt from them at the time.
