        Reception staff are helpful and I always manage to get an appointment when we need one desperately. On occasions instead of an appointment the doctor will call back to offer the best course of actions. It does sometimes take a while to get through on a morning but my query is always dealt with efficiently once through. Have changed my 1star review to 5star

        No appointments, ages waiting for the phone to be answered. I had blood tests in October appointment for results in December but no record of blood results
