i went today and it was absolutely horrific, the man didnt even know what an XS max was and he sells them, he looked at the phone saw it was a pretty phone and instantly said 90 for a screen repair i then went to other shops and they all said 65, this shop shouldnt be active

Terrible service! by the most arrogant man I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. They will tell you a cheaper price to reel you in then charge you extra. Do not waste your time or money! Go somewhere else, anywhere else! I took my phone in to get the screen fixed, I picked it up only yesterday after being messed around and now the back is falling off

Really happy about the price of getting my phone fixed. Can not complain, looks like it never happened However, when I looked at the buttons I pressed recent apps and the guy has been going through my emails. Last app I opened was first bus app, when I looked that had been taken off and emails was opened to one from 14th November which would have needed scrolling down at least 6 times to get to so he wasnt just checking the scrolling. What else has he been looking at? Really annoyed. Also, I asked for a phone case, was offered a black one, when I got back they said that wouldn't work and I'd need a rose gold or brown one...this doesnt even match up with the buttons. Not impressed. So, get your phone fixed by all accounts, no issues but make sure there is nothing on your phone for them to look at!
