Typical bullying racist staff especially the in house security who thinks he can approach you in an intimidating way. Manager cannot controll security or staff, and there is no signage for rules trying to be enforced regarding drinks just bad attitudes and very unprofessional. Save a trip and go elsewhere if you want a nice shopping experience

The guy from the shop who helped me out was Nathan. He was patient, understanding of my needs and he was a great help. He was there to help me throughout even though I was being very indecisive haha. I bought a pair of nice winter gloves in the end. Thanks Nathan !

Was the worst experience of my life. This shop is ran children who are rude to customers constantly. They run to there manager Ali every 2 minutes while on the till ask a question and run back, keeping people waiting ages in a queue who end up leaving.Im surprised the footasylum headquarters dont know this. I was missold items, overcharged, verbally abused and ridiculed by children half my age. People please save your breath, just go next door, STAY AWAY !

Very disappointed in customer service in one of your store in Bradford Broadway shopping center the Manager over there is disgusting and seems like a racis i try to change a jacket today as my partner bought wrong size and and hes refused to change as he said i look like i lying wth lying what that the jacket its to big for me ? Then he said he cant change it coz im looks like from romania and he dont do refund or change to romanian people

Very abusive staff accusing customers of stealing , swearing at customers causing commotion in middle of the public was told to get the fck out of the shop by an employee wasnt even aloud to talk to the manager . Very rude staff.
