Horrible state inspection experience with this service station although my vehicle passed inspection, the VIN was entered incorrectly. I came back once I realized it and had a loaner car at the time my car was in the shop. They would not correct their mistake until I had my vehicle available for validation purposes. I returned once my car became available. I was told to come in for the correction to only be told the person who performed the inspection had other cars to work on and I will have to wait until hes finished. For them to only correct two letters. Unbelievable!!! Finally, a received help and was told it will take 5 mins. The VIN number was finally corrected in the system but my car VIN# was never verified. It took weeks for them to correct something so important which only took a couple of seconds to correct. Also, other service stations charge MD state inspection from $80- $110. They charged $120 for horrible customer service and sloppy work which took time and monies to get their careless work corrected. And, to top it off their demeanor about the whole ordeal was awful! Never apologize for the mistakes they made.
