Barnardo's

I recently had written a negative feedback for the Bradford Store. A week later I received a reply asking me to contact Barnardo's via email. I contacted and received a telephone call from the area manager Michael. He was very apologetic and explained that a manager of the store had passed away suddenly. I felt terrible I had added stress to the stand in manager at the time. The conclusion even though I had thrown the items and receipt in tge bin outside the store ( a temper tantrum I'm not proud of) I wi be visiting the store where I will be reimbursed most of the money I had paid given I had kept an item. I apologise to the staff of the store and praise the area manager for his kindness and understanding why I was late returning the items initially. Excellent after sales contact. Thank you

I had to return some items but was a day too late. I'd had covid and attempted on many occasions to ring the shop to explain lateness of return, but no reply. I was a day over the 14 day refund policy. I explained I had covid had record of telephone calls I made but was dismissed by the manager on duty who said she would speak to someone on Monday, but she could not accept returns a day over the 14 days... Very unhappy.
