        I ordered a high back chair online for my 80 year old mother, their website says they have 100's in stock for immediate delivery. This was not true and after 3 weeks of trying to get the chair delivered I cancelled. The company is very unresponsive, seldom answer their phone, never responded to phone messages or emails. Seldom have I experienced such bad customer service, my advice is look elsewhere if you need this type of chair.

        We needed five antique scroll back dining chairs recovering. The advice received from Mr Burke re suitability of textiles, patterns and finishing trim was most helpful and the finished chairs are excellent. The whole job was done within three weeks and we would definitely recommend and use this company again.
