I have not found any problems with this surgery, doctors or receptionists. The surgery itself is family friendly and very clean. The receptionist is very patient and friendly and nothing is too much trouble, always a very welcoming smile to greet you.. Dr Parry so understanding and caring and nothing is too much trouble. She takes the time to listen and explain things very clearly,a brilliant doctor in every way. If I could give them all 10 starsI would.

Receptionist need to be trained how to deal with patients .They have poor experience and effect the patients directly. It very difficult or may be impossible to make an appointment you have to ring 111 or 999 while you have GP working 5 days aweek from 8 to 5 pm . That upsoultily disappointing

The surgery is quite a hostile place, reception staff especially lacking in any empathy or compassion which in turn makes patients hostile towards even attempting to discuss getting an appointment. Drs fail to read notes, which means your care is overlooked & prolonged, in turn you're sent to the wrong services, they even fail to respond to personal detailed letters or arrange follow ups with chronically ill patients. The only Dr who is worth seeing is Dr Parry who seems to understand that patients attend when they are ill and quite desperate, not to cause problems or be a hinderence which is how youre made to feel from the moment the receptionists answers the phone. We've personally had to report the surgery to NHS England and are awaiting a very long overdue response to a PALS complaint. Having moved areas to be closer to our elderly parents this was the only surgery available. In comparison to our previous surgery this service is beyond poor. Gaslighting GP's and intersectionality across the board. Can't even get my ethnicity right on my referrals, I requested for this to be changed over 6 months ago.
