Do not book your Covid injection here, as they just dont bother opening and you only find out when you arrive. Very poor if you are disabled.

Called the practice at the beginning of March, the doctor ordered blood tests to be carried out. The doctor told me that she would call in a month to discuss the results and any possible medication. I was told today, Im not getting a call back now until the 5th May! So 2 months it has taken to get any help. When you speak to the receptionists, its actually like an inconvenience to them and they make you feel like you shouldnt be calling in the first place. If I could give zero stars I would!!

Cannot get on the website to order prescription. It keeps saying that attackers might be stealing my information from them. Every other website I use works fine so it isn't a problem from my end. Looks like they might have been hacked. Be careful everyone if this happens to you. Trying to call them but as per usual it's constantly engaged....

This practice is a prime example of broken system. Been with this practice for 7 years never have a ever had anything good to say its constant mental battle trying to get an appointment. Yes I know its easy to leave and join another practice but because its 2 mins away the location is convenient. The owner of the practice is just greedy and keep taking on more patients for the funding, not giving any care in the world for its staff or the existing patients. Its taken me nearly 5 years to write this review and not that they care or it will make any difference to the system but something needs to be done Im sure these practices have inspector or some kind of service which needs to come in and review how this practise is operating.
