Absolutely awful customer experience . Approached the service desk. Explained my query. Was asked to take a seat due to other customers being before me. Which was 1. Waited 30 minutes before i approached the desk again. Was then told they couldnt find the advisor who can help me but to take a seat again. Avoid if you can. They enjoy wasting customers time as though we have no life.

Had my car booked in for a service with Mercedes Bradford and couldn't praise the team anymore. I dealt with Adeel who was excellent and really looked after me. He kept me up to date throughout and even had my car cleaned

Absolutely awful customer experience .
