Daudgy company for private hire badges. I paid 425 for my taxi badges. That includes booking for my course and exam for knowledge test, DBS check, medical test and application fees and application for my private hire badge. So far they have arranged for me only knowledge test course and exam. Which cost them only 40.00 after asking them 9 times I had that service.After that they have done nothing for me. When I asked them about it, they keep saying I will do the rest soon for you. Last time (a month ago) I asked them about my application and they said they made the application for me. But when I asked them for email confirmation and application reference number, they stopped contacting with me for long time. After all these I called to council with all my details and council Said, no application has been submitted on my name. After a month when I explained everything to the taxi company and asked them to give me my money back for rest of my services but they answered Money will not be refunded. So I paid 425 for 40 worth of service which I could do it myself. Such a Daudgy company. Please dont book your private hire services through them. Will take your money from you in a Daudgy way.
