        I have to put one star but would like to put minus 10. The company is absolutley disgusting in the way I have been treated. I purchased a faulty scotter which they recieved back and upto 2 weeks now have still not recieved my replacement scooter. Am now requesting a full refund and will never purchase anything from this company again.

        Ordered 3 scooters. Quick delivery. Having an issue with 2 of the scooters. Left 2 messages with Julie from the sales department as can't get through to customer services. 40 phone calls iv made today alone trying to get hold of someone and still no answer. Also sent numerous emails again with no response. Keep being told someone will call me back and yet here I am still waiting. Shocking customer service

        Purchased a scooter which was returned as it was faulty, replacement scooter never received and now stopped responding to emails, have now had to get a refund via the charge back process with Barclaycard. Be warned, keep away :(
