    They went above and beyond their customer service by finding me a spare part for my riser recliner chair of over 20 years of age, I was most impressed

    We purchased a Sherborne Chesterfield suite, 2 chairs are lift and rise and settee reclines. It was leather and quite expensive. We hadnt had it very long when we noticed places starting to lose colour. Covid came and we had deaths and sickness in the family so it wasnt reported. It has got worse and one side of the settee has sunk down as if losing padding. It is a long story but suffice to say Sherborne dont want to know and told me to contact where I bought it. They got no where with them either. I have sent Sherborne 2 emails asking if they could send someone out to see it or at least advise if there is anything we could do to replace the colour. They have ignored both emails. We wont ever buy their furniture again or recommend them. We had a suite for over 15 years and gave it to my son because we wanted a lift and rise and he has it over 5 years and no sign of colour coming off. It was Italian made but we thought we were safe with a British made one. Not good for a company like them.

    Lost a lot of money by buying Sherborne furniture. Ordered from a retailer Lucus Furniture and waited 5 months for it to come. Within days could smell like the odour of mould coming from the arms and wings.Apart from worrying about health and safety issues and the smell being a turn off what followed was 4 months of hell with the retailer denying any responsibility and refusing to refund my monies and/ ot take back this worrying furniture. I never got past the switchboard with Sherborne let alone customer services. After 4 months of sleepless nights it ended first with the retailer spraying the furniture with upholstery perfume and then even worse coming to our house telling us we would lose all our money if we did not agree to give them 750 to sell their faulty from the start furniture. Never had an experience like it before and hope never to again. Really let down by Sherborne Upholstery and the retailer Lucus Furniture. If you dont want to lose money and you want peace of mind dont buy from them.

    Fantastic customer service. I have a 12 year old Sherborne riser recliner still in perfect working order apart from a worn out handset. A few days after contacting Angela I had a new handset. Thankyou.
