Outstanding after sales service. Complete replacement provided for failed LED lamps in our kitchen refurbishment. ( Although the work was done by a contractor two years ago and did not leave us the original invoice), we were able to return the failed bulbs for exchange. Many thanks

Purchased 5 led G9 capsule bulbs to for my wall lights, two have failed in 3 months, they have hardly been used. The previous cheap ones bought from B&Q lasted over 5 years. They were an expensive purchase and definitely not worth the money.

Created an account specifically for this review. I ordered a light bulb from Amazon who delivered it broken after almost 2 weeks. The bulb was for my 85 year old neighbor. I was frustrated that Amazon had taken so long so I called Compton Lamps direct. I spoke with Cheryl who advised they are only a wholesaler and don't sell direct to customers. However, she understood that my neighbor would be left in the dark for even longer if I went through Amazon returns so sent me another one for free. Amazing service and I'm sure my neighbor will greatly appreciate this as well. Thank you very much :) David

Based on my experience so far I would not buy from this company again & cannot recommend them. Appalling customer service & support. We were supplied 55 Phoebe LED Spectrum Colour Changing Smart Control Downlights & 3 wall controllers. Despite hours of trying we couldn't get all the lights to connect to their Spectrum app or the wall controllers. Repeated phone calls by our supplier for advice fell on deaf ears & they failed to return numerous phone calls. After hours of setting up, deleting & resetting I have got most of them working myself, but no thanks to Crompton Lamps.

Crompton Lamps offer a great selection of LED lamps and fittings. Their range is now extensive and is competitively priced.
