Pro-tec Covers Ltd

I can't rate Pro Tec highly enough. We ordered a cover last year for our caravan, it's an LMC, it's huge and it's German. As a result, Pro tec didn't have a template to make a cover and really struggled to get one. We desperately needed the cover by October 31st as our site was closing for the winter and you have to cover your caravan during the closed season. We contacted Peter, who explained the issues they were having, he said he'd get back to us as soon as he found a solution. As promised, Peter called us back and told us he'd located an LMC caravan but it was hours away. Despite this, they travelled to it, took the measurements and made the new cover for us. Not only did they still manage to get it to us in plenty of time, the quality was exceptional. I'm new to this and couldn't understand why the other people on the site were spending hours struggling to cover their caravan. Ours was on in about five minutes and fitted perfectly. Then somebody came over to take a look and told us how good the cover was and that's why it was so easy to fit. I was blown away by the service we received and by the quality. If you need a new cover, don't go anywhere else.

Purchased a Protec cover and got round to eventual fitting after many months and general touring. Unfortunately due to an unusual shape of my rig the cover tore and was then further destroyed by this years early storms. Cover was out of warranty but an honest conversation with Protec customer services resulted in a free collection, rework of the cover, strengthening and despite offering to contribute - NO CHARGES. The whole process was really painless, totally professional and Protecs customer service was exceptional. I am really impressed with the whole team for their understanding, generosity, repair skills and great customer service. Thoroughly recommended

We bought a Protec Cover for our Hymer motorhome in 2018. It had all the right features & access openings, and has worked very well ever since. It is a very fine product well made, nicely fitted and works great. 5 stars!

Took some time to arrive after ordering the cover for our Coachman Caravan... but wow, well worth the wait. We were blown away by the quality and the ease of fitting this cover and as we provided the exact make and model, location of door, tv antenna, etc. the fit is absolutely perfect and snug. I would definitely purchase again from Protec Covers, should we change our current van.

We've Just put on our caravan protec cover, (1st time using one) and I must say absolutely superb, fits like a glove, top quality and so so easy to put on. The access door is magic. Highly recommended.
