        I called to ask a simple question on annual pension allowances and how to make a calculation. Called a number of times and promised a call back. No call back forthcoming. Finally spoke to someone who could not help or find anyone to help. Hanging on the phone for about 45 minutes. Consequently lost out on topping up my private pension as a result. Very disappointing.

        The website link is service unavailable and the link on their Facebook page also says service unavailable. The last time I spoke to someone on the phone I got nowhere, which is why I wanted to view info on line. No such luck
