I have just opened a business and current account with Metro Bank specifically the Bradford Branch. I was assisted by Tazmin for setting up my business account and Josh/his training manager (cannot remember her name!) for the current account/safety deposit box. The process was very fast and easy. I had a minimal amount of documents to sign/fill in for both accounts. All three members of staff were professional, kind and very knowledgeable. The process of obtaining the safety deposit box was extremely fast. I would like to thank the staff for their amazing work and I hope to build a good relationship with them over the coming years. Very fast service...I couldn't open any account on the high street as they all told me to go online and do it myself then wait for details to be verified and another few days for debit card to arrive...Metro assisted me in branch with opening an account (no appointment by the way) and gave me a bank statement and debit card in that same appointment. Bradford branch, you out did every other bank who refused to help especially when you prefer face to face interaction and assistance.

Amazing team fast and efficient. There to help you with any issues 7 days a week. 5***** for Shazmin, goes above and beyond to help out every time, great asset to the team so helpful!!. Highly recommend the bank to anyone looking for. personal/ business account! And more
