A house move is a stressful experience, so you need a solicitor who you can trust and support you along the way. Julie provided a service that was personal and there when we needed it most. Just completed a house purchase with LCF. And I have to say I have had an amazing experience with them. Liz Webster, Lynsey Ryan and the whole of team green at the bradford office have been fantastic in all aspects of my home purchase. From the outset I had wanted completion to take place as soon as possible and despite me providing such a tight deadline to the team they made sure that I was able to complete for the date I had in mind. The team has been very patient with me throughout and explained everything in detail making sure I was aware of everything that was happening. All of my queries were answered so efficiently and in such a friendly manner which made me feel at ease every step of the way. The amount of support I have received from the team has been superb I absolutely admire their work. They have not only dealt with my purchase professionally but they have also made sure that it all meets my needs. Whilst a property purchase and moving homes can be a very stressful experience having a team of conveyancers such as team green makes such a positive difference and makes the whole process seem so effortless. I cannot thank the team enough for all they have done. But I would like to say thank you Liz, Lynsey and team for making my experience of buying a home so pleasant. It has been a pleasure working with Team Green at LCF completion within 6 weeks was all thanks to them. LCF and team green in particular I will be recommending to everyone I know you all have my respect. I am so glad that I chose LCF for my property purchase. Having just completed my property purchase I am not looking at moving at the moment however if and when I may decide its time to move I will need to look nowhere else I trust even then LCF will have my back.
