I don't usually give negative feedback or reviews, however If you are a new buyer then I would NOT recommend this firm, THE WORST buying a house experience I have had, I bought a house after a decade and had questions, the solicitor was one of the rudest persons I have dealt with, at one point I had to put the phone down on her. I was told not to keep calling and to email, having bought a couple of houses before I always rang my solicitor, and the solicitor had no issues answering questions over the phone. Considering that you are paying them and they are not doing it for free, I expected better customer service, if I could give a 0 I would have, they were recommended to me by the Estate Agent, last time ever I listen to an Estate Agents advice. If you do still want them to deal with your property matters, when you ring and have to press 5, I would put the phone down and ask for someone else.

First class service and experience Incredibly efficient and effective conveyancing solicitors, Tracey and the team were constantly on the ball, their response times were so impressive Ive never experienced a service like it. I cant recommend highly enough. Extremely friendly and approachable. Nothing was ever a hassle. It made our house buying experience a breeze and better knowing they had everything covered throughout the process, fully completed within 5 weeks. If I could give them 10 stars I would, will definitely be using them again!
