Do you value clear communication , following simple instructions , fulfilling promises & basic subject knowledge ? If so , avoid these guys like the plague!
Catalogue of errors from start to finish and not once did I receive an acknowledgment or apology. I was dealing with two solicitors at one point which caused a complete break down in communication and conflicting info which then caused an error and delay when it came to paying me the funds upon completion. We are needing legal work on another property next month and we certainly wont be using LCF. Simply disgusting.
