I rang this Solicitor firm to get advice and find out if they deal with ID 1 forms. As their is only one person working there dealing with everything which also happens to be the Solicitor. The Solicitor who i spoke over the phone to was absolutely rude and disrespectful rather than politely saying we do not deal with ID 1 forms he began to rant over the phone and when i was about ask him a question he hung up on me. I then rang again again and again the solicitior hung up on me for the second time. I have never come across such a rude arrogant disrespectful solicitor firm in my life.The fact that the solicitor has been working since 2004 as per The Laws Society it absolutely shocks me. I will never be calling or even go to this Solicitor firm. A firm that lacks the basic etquettes to speak to a customer is far from giving any legal advice regardless of what accredentials the solicitor may have. Appaling, rude, disrespectful.
