Anchor - Quarry Dene

My wife and I have been here three years now and couldn't wish for a better place. The staff are always helpful and try to maintain a family friendly atmosphere. In all the residents, for the most, have only praise for quarry dene.

Since I moved in I have had verbal abuse, harassment, and been stolen from and that's just from 2 residents, owing to me making a formal complaint about them I was pulled to pieces by other residents, this was upsetting me and I wanted to confront them but was told to say nothing as it would cause more trouble, so I decided not to speak to anyone including the manager and keep myself to myself, but even that wasn't good enough since then I have been shouted at by management in private which made me ill and now very few people speak to me, and nothing will get done about it, if your in a certain click your fine other wise watch out, as for the rest you can wait months for repairs to get done, the meals are not catered for diabetics. not all the places are like this some are good, but do think twice before making your move, reading the info you get it sounds perfect for your retirement happy, friendly and caring, but that's not what I have found here its making my illness worse but I wont be driven out causing me an expense I cant afford on just pension and the stress it will cause me and why should I when it isn't my fault, I wouldn't recommend here to anyone.
