        Care is excellent,overstretched but the activities are adhoc znd the food is so dire that many go to the community centre at bottom of fenby avenue for a great cooked meal and activities tea andcoffee sll in for a !!. 5! Cooksneed sacking and estate manager runs it as a prisom! This 3 years ago was an excellent independant living site now is a cheap smelly old persons home. With little to recommend it.
