        The housing department and social service department are horrible. People on the team basically tell you, 'Your abuse is not abuse.' Those on the phone line make fun on you and are so rude. I tried to have support with emergency housing. The team no longer pick up the phone. Unhelpful! One staff member explained, 'You can call for advice,' and didn't follow through. I'm left in an unfortunate position because when I go to other councils, no one helps because I'm not from that area. These people are useless. There's no point coming here if it is for any abuse other than physical.
