Our experience with Keepmoat homes has been outstanding in every way and we cannot thank the team enough for getting us into our new home before our mortgage ran out and was going to double! Firstly Id like to thank Sophie and Clare at sales and experience level for not just updating me in satisfactory times but taking our situation seriously and ensuring progress of our build was going to plan to ensure we got the CML in time. Secondly Id like to thank Mark (assistant site manager), Lee and all the builders for making our home truly special and without any serious snags. When we moved in there were a few things that needed attention but Mark sent round the tradesman within minutes to get it done. Last but not least our customer care representative Mark T. Whilst doing my snag walk round, he reassured me everything would be done within a good amount of time and whilst he was here, the finisher came to knock on the door to complete things off the list, you cannot beat that service in my opinion. Everyone Ive met on site has been genuinely lovely. From me and my little family, thank you Keepmoat homes for making our dream a reality and I would 100% recommend you to others looking to buy a new build with lots of space and a well thought out floor plan! Recently purchased a house, fair to say its been a very stressful experience and still is very stressful, there is next to no communication. Initially it started off quite well, had a great sales executive at the time of reserving, by the time it came to completion dealt with 2 other sales executives- no customer rapport or providing updates. We were in no rush to move and had clearly stated we are happy to wait until all jobs are completed and never put pressure on completing despite the completion being pushed forward for months! Completed in March this year and still have snags that havent been completed since the day we got the keys, absolutely shambolic. we have a customer care team for 2 years yeah well they might aswell not exist either because theyre not much help. No one wants to get involved because they dont know where on Earth to start. Almost 4 months in and 3 site manager changes later the jobs are still unfinished, others are also in same boat and sick of repeatedly being let down. Their focus is getting the houses up as quick as possible and the quality - or the lack of it shows this. Dont be fooled by the show homes, go and visit a customers home and see for yourself the type of homes they produce.
